• Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

Delivery Areas: We ship worldwide but exclude some Asian regions and remote areas. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Delivery Issues: You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information, additional shipping fees will apply for redelivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

Eligibility: You have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for most items. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as when received
• In original packaging with all tags and accessories
• Accompanied by the original proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are non-returnable unless damaged or defective:

• Back To Wall Toilet Units
• Any product that has been installed, used, or removed from original packaging

Return Process: To initiate a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number and product details. We will provide a Returns Authorisation number and instructions. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of our error.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
